Do anime studios officially licence your products?
While our designs are inspired by beloved anime series, we work independently to create original and unique pieces. We do not produce officially licensed merchandise.
What materials are used for your clothing?
The material used for each product is specified on the respective product page.
What are the care instructions for your products?
Maintain the quality of your garments by machine washing them with cold water and air-drying. Avoid dry cleaning and direct ironing on prints to prevent color bleed and shrinkage.

Do you deliver nationwide?

From where are orders dispatched?
All orders placed online are dispatched from our centralised fulfillment hub situated in New Delhi.
Are there any delivery charges?
We do not charge shipping on our prepaid domestic orders. However, for international deliveries, additional charges will apply depending on the destination.
How long does delivery take?
Expect your order to be dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement. Keep an eye on your inbox, and don't forget to check your spam folder. Delivery within India typically takes 4-7 working days, while international orders may require 10-12 working days for transit.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details and estimated delivery date. Additionally, an order confirmation message will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number.
Exchange
How can I initiate an exchange?
Our exchange policy allows for exchanges within 5 days of receiving the product. Reach out to us at contact@miraistudio.in to initiate an exchange request.
Who is responsible for shipping exchanged items?
We arrange the pickup through our shipping partner, and you won’t be charged any shipping fee for the exchange.
How Long Does the Exchange Process Take?
Once you initiate the exchange, the product will be picked up within 48 hours. After it reaches us, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it’s in its original condition. Once approved, we’ll dispatch the replacement (e.g., XL size). The entire exchange process usually takes around 10 days.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can request a return within 5 days of receiving the delivery.
Is there a return fee, and when is it waived?
Yes, a return fee of ₹100 is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. However, this fee is waived for exchanges related to size issues or if the product is faulty—these are processed free of charge.
How long does the return process take?
The product will be picked up within 48 hours of initiating the return. After it's returned to us and passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Order Issues
What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, kindly notify us at contact@miraistudio.in within 5 days of receiving the product, along with your order number and photographic evidence. Upon confirmation, we'll arrange for the faulty item to be recalled, and a replacement will be dispatched promptly.
What should I do if there is an incorrect or missing item in my order?
In case of an incorrect or missing item in your order, please contact us at contact@miraistudio.in within 24 hours of receiving the item, Claims for missing products must be supported by an unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and parcel opening. Please do not accept parcels with tampered outer packaging. Without the video, we cannot process claims. Upon verification, we'll arrange for dispatch of a replacement without delay.
How do I confirm my order status?
Rest assured, your order is confirmed once you receive an email containing a unique 4-digit order number. We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and provide tracking information thereafter.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. However, modifications for size or product can be accommodated if the order is still in the 'unfulfilled' status. Simply reach out to us at contact@miraistudio.in with your order number and requested changes.
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Address modifications are possible if the order status is 'unfulfilled.' Email us at contact@miraistudio.in with your order number and updated address details for assistance.

We accept various payment methods for online purchases, including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex, net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery.
