Do anime studios officially licence your products?
While our designs are inspired by beloved anime series, we work independently to create original and unique pieces. We do not produce officially licensed merchandise.
What materials are used for your clothing?
The material used for each product is specified on the respective product page.
What are the care instructions for your products?
Maintain the quality of your garments by machine washing them with cold water and air-drying. Avoid dry cleaning and direct ironing on prints to prevent color bleed and shrinkage.

Do you deliver nationwide?

From where are orders dispatched?
All orders placed online are dispatched from our centralised fulfillment hub situated in New Delhi.
Are there any delivery charges?
We do not charge shipping on our prepaid domestic orders. However, for international deliveries, additional charges will apply depending on the destination.
How long does delivery take?
Expect your order to be dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement. Keep an eye on your inbox, and don't forget to check your spam folder. Delivery within India typically takes 4-7 working days, while international orders may require 10-12 working days for transit.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details and estimated delivery date. Additionally, an order confirmation message will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number.
Exchange
How can I initiate an exchange?
Our exchange policy allows for exchanges within 5 days of receiving the product for online orders. Reach out to us at exchanges@bluorng.com to initiate an exchange request.
Who is responsible for shipping exchanged items?
Customers are responsible for shipping the exchanged items back to us, providing the tracking ID via email. Once received, we'll process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
How Long Does the Exchange Process Take?
Upon receiving the returned item, we will confirm the exchange process within 7-10 business days.
Can I Return the Product for a Refund?
We do not offer refunds on our orders, you can exchange the item for a diffrent size or store credit.
Order Issues
What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, kindly notify us at support@themiraistudio.in within 5 days of receiving the product, along with your order number and photographic evidence. Upon confirmation, we'll arrange for the faulty item to be recalled, and a replacement will be dispatched promptly.
What should I do if there is an incorrect or missing item in my order?
In case of an incorrect or missing item in your order, please contact us at support@themiraistudio.in within 5 days of receiving the item, along with relevant images and your order number. Upon verification, we'll arrange for the retrieval of the incorrect item and dispatch a replacement without delay.
How do I confirm my order status?
Rest assured, your order is confirmed once you receive an email containing a unique 5-digit order number. We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and provide tracking information thereafter.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. However, modifications for size or product can be accommodated if the order is still in the 'unfulfilled' status. Simply reach out to us at support@themiraistudio.in with your order number and requested changes.
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Address modifications are possible if the order status is 'unfulfilled.' Email us at support@themiraistudio.in with your order number and updated address details for assistance.
